Welcome to Aroma Drama. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. The basics

  • We sell live plants, each one is unique
  • What you see is what you get - once it's sold, it's gone
  • All prices are listed in GBP (£)

2. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is completed
  • You'll receive a confirmation email after purchase
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in rare cases (e.g. stock issues, errors)

3. Plant condition

These are living things, not factory items.

  • Each plant may vary slightly in size, shape, and condition
  • Minor imperfections are normal and part of the charm
  • Photos represent the actual plant whenever possible

4. Shipping

  • We ship from the UK using Royal Mail 24h Tracked
  • Orders are dispatched on working days only (Monday-Thursday)

We do not ship after Thursday.

Any orders placed later in the week will be shipped the following Monday.

  • Plants are packed carefully, but shipping always carries some risk
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched

We may trim dry or damaged roots before shipping.

This helps reduce stress and improves the chances of your plant arriving in great condition.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

5. International shipping (future-ready)

We plan to ship internationally soon.

When available:

  • You are responsible for import rules in your country
  • Customs delays or fees are outside our control

6. Returns & refunds

Because these are live plants:

  • No returns for change of mind
  • If your plant arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos

We'll review and:

  • offer a refund, or
  • offer a replacement (if possible)

7. Care responsibility

Its survival is in your hands once it arrives.

We provide guidance, but we are not responsible for losses due to care conditions.

8. Pricing & availability

  • Prices may change at any time
  • Availability is limited - many items are one-offs

9. Website use

  • Don't misuse the site (obvious stuff)
  • All content (images, branding, text) belongs to Aroma Drama

10. Liability

We do our best to provide accurate info and healthy plants, but:

  • We are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses
  • Plants are sold as living specimens, not guaranteed outcomes
