- Tracking details are provided as soon as your order is dispatched
Shipping
Simple, fast, and plant-safe.
Dispatch days
Monday to Thursday only.
No shipping after Thursday.
This prevents plants from sitting in depots over the weekend.
Orders placed later in the week will be shipped the following Monday.
Packing & handling
Plants are packed carefully to travel safely.
We may trim dry or damaged roots before shipping.
This helps your plant arrive in the best possible condition and settle in faster.
Delivery time
- Most orders arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Royal Mail
